Terms of use

Last updated: 14 August 2026 · Version 2026-08-14 · Türkçe

This is a translation. The Turkish text at mombridge.app/kosullar is the original and is the one that governs; where the two differ, the Turkish is what applies.

By using MomBridge you accept these terms. We are sorry they are long; terms kept short turn into terms somebody later says were never written. Every heading describes what the product actually does.

1. Who runs it

MomBridge is run by Merve Nur KÖSE; there is no company behind it. In this text "we" means the person who runs the product and "you" means the person who opens an account. Contact: destek@mombridge.app.

2. Who may join

3. Motherhood verification

Verification is the only thing keeping the community closed. The document you upload is seen only by an authorised moderator and is deleted the moment the decision is made. The decision is made by a person, never automatically. If you are refused we write why, and you may appeal. Trying to mislead verification — somebody else's document, an edited image — is grounds for closing the account permanently.

4. What you share

5. What must not be done

The detail is in the community rules. In short: harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content, exploitation of children, spam, fraud, false information dressed as medical or legal advice, advertising without permission, impersonation, harvesting data with automated tools, attempting to reverse-engineer the product and probing the security of the system are all forbidden.

Promoting another app, platform or group and directing members to it is included in that. You may not advertise your own app, channel, invite link or community elsewhere inside MomBridge, or call members over to it — not in a post, a room, a message, your profile or a listing. Sharing a resource that will help a mother, inside a conversation, is not this; what is meant is promotion aimed at moving the members here somewhere else.

6. Moderation, warnings and closure

7. Listings and advertising

The business directory is closed at present. There are no listings, classified ads, advertising or promoted placements in the app; the old listings in the directory have been taken down. If this section is opened again, its terms will be written here.

8. Paid features

Today the whole product is free. No payment is taken inside the app and no card details are asked for. If a paid feature is added, its price, what it covers and how to cancel will be shown clearly before purchase; payment will run only through the Apple App Store or Google Play and refunds are subject to that store's rules. Your card details never reach us.

9. This is not medical advice

MomBridge is not a health service. Nothing you read here replaces the advice of a doctor, a midwife, a dietitian or a psychologist. If you are worried about your own health or your child's, go to a health service. In an emergency call 112.

10. Limits of liability

We try to keep the product as uninterrupted and safe as we can, but we provide it "as is". We are not responsible for the accuracy of what members share, for the relationships members form with one another, or for meet-ups that happen outside the app. So far as the law allows, we cannot be held liable for indirect losses or loss of profit. This clause does not cover liabilities that cannot be limited by law (intent, gross fault, threat to life).

11. Meet-ups

Meet-ups are created by members. Before joining one we suggest meeting somebody you do not know in a crowded, open place, telling somebody close to you your plan, and leaving when you feel uncomfortable. Reporting a meet-up or a person is one tap inside the app.

12. Deleting your account

You can delete your account from inside the app at any time, at Settings › Account; you do not have to apply to us. The moment you close it your profile and your content become invisible. If you sign in again within 30 days your account comes back; when that period is up the account is deleted automatically and permanently. The detail, and how long each thing stays, is in the privacy policy. We may also close your account in the event of a serious breach of these terms.

13. Changes

When the terms change, the date and the version are updated. For a material change we give notice inside the app and ask for your consent before you carry on. If you do not accept, you may close your account.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. The protections given by the mandatory provisions of Turkish consumer legislation are reserved; in consumer disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are available.
